Here’s what’s going on for the month of June:

June marks the start of Pride Month in Niagara! Pride is a celebration, inclusivity, and community with in-person events happening across Niagara. With many events taking place in St. Catharines, the Pride flag will also be raised in each of Niagara’s 12 municipalities for the month of June.

FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre

Dress up for prom! With performances, prom-style photos, and a nonbinary prom king and queen to be crowned, this event is free and open to all ages. Registration is required.

Saturday, June 4

Montebello Park

Featuring special guests Mayhem Miller (season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race and season 5 of All Stars) and Brooke Lynn Hytes (season 11 of Canada’s Drag Race). There will be musical acts, DJs, a dance floor, food and vendors, and other family-friendly activities.

Robertson Theatre at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Niagara Falls Comic Con will be taking over the Convention Centre with exhibitors, comic books, cosplay contests, celebrity photo-ops and meet and greets, a gaming arena, and more! From June 3 to 5,

Bissells Hideaway hosts a family-fun day full of summer activities including their one-acre pool, a waterslide, Pelham’s largest splash pad, pedal boats, bouncy castles, and a BBQ, with live music, games, and prizes to be won! There will also be a special appearance by two FunFest Unicorns! Family and group passes are available or tickets can be purchased individually. Children 3 and under are free. Supporting the Rotary Club of Fonthill and Crossley Highschool.
