The response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is ongoing, with the Calls to Action heavily directed by investments supporting Indigenous nations to be self-determining, self-governing, and rightfully aspire to having strong and healthy communities.
Over the next six (6) years, an additional $11 million has been earmarked in the 2022 Federal Budget to support Indigenous children and families, and to help Indigenous communities continue to grow and shape their futures.
