FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Canadian Travel Tech Powers Destination Niagara Falls’ New Regional Trip Planner
trippl, a Canadian company with an office in Niagara Falls, helps put all twelve municipalities on a single itinerary.
NIAGARA FALLS, ON — August 10, 2026 — A partnership with a Canadian travel-technology company is helping Destination Niagara Falls do what it has always strived to do best: get visitors to stay longer and explore further.
Destination Niagara Falls has partnered with trippl inc. to launch a free trip planning tool on its website. trippl is a Canadian travel technology company with offices in Niagara Falls and Prince Edward Island.
The launch also comes as the Province of Ontario invests in Niagara’s tourism future through its new regional development strategy. While the largest new attractions may be years away, the trip planner is a concrete example of the region already delivering on the promise to help visitors stay longer and explore deeper, today.
“For over 15 years, we have proudly marketed the entire Niagara region, taking visitors beyond the Falls to stay and explore longer,” said Joyce Morocco, Founder of Destination Niagara Falls. “Partnering with a Canadian company that believes in this region enough to put down roots here feels exactly right. trippl helps us turn that mission into something every visitor can hold in their hands.”
The white-label integration, now live at destinationniagarafalls.ca, allows visitors to browse and build personalized itineraries spanning all twelve Niagara municipalities, from restaurants and wineries to attractions, accommodations and local events, with built-in route mapping and travel-time calculations. Critically, it keeps visitors engaged on the destination’s own website rather than sending them to third-party platforms, meaning local businesses get more visibility and the region’s tourism body gains better insight into what travellers are actually looking for.
“Our job is to make exploring Niagara easier and more inspiring and trippl lets us do exactly that,” said Brandy Henderson, Founder of Chapter Six, the sales and marketing agency of record for Destination Niagara Falls. “It takes the Destination Niagara Falls website experience to the next level, helping visitors discover and plan where to eat, what to do, and how to get around, all in one simple, interactive platform.”
For the region’s hospitality businesses, the practical implication is significant: a visitor who builds a three-day itinerary on the Destination Niagara Falls website is far more likely to discover a Pelham winery, a Port Colborne café, or a Welland festival they would otherwise have missed. That broader, deeper exploration is exactly what longer stays, and stronger local spending, are made of.
For trippl, the partnership puts its technology to work for a Canadian destination, helping more visitors discover more of the region.
Visitors can start planning at destinationniagarafalls.ca. Local businesses interested in increased visibility through the trip planner can contact the Chapter Six team at destinationniagara@chaptersix.ca
