Located in the heart of the city is a peaceful hideaway, Merritt Island. This outdoor paradise is a perfect daytime escape and has natural trails that span the Welland Recreation Corridor. Entertainment is endless with the Concerts on the Canal series every Friday night on the floating stage at Merritt Park.
