Tide & Vine started out as a re-vamped 1974 Volkswagen camper van named ‘Pearl the Shuck Truck’, but that was back in May 2012.
Mike Langley and Kat Steeves met working at a famous downtown Toronto Oyster House. Lucky for us it was the wine that brought them back to Mike’s hometown of Niagara. After making a name for themselves at wineries, farmers markets and events all over Niagara, they opened the Tide & Vine Oyster House in November 2014.
Now they are re-opening their doors after just undergoing major renovations. With even more seats, an expanded bar and the same amazing vibe you’ll want to come in ASAP for a Tidal Plate, Kat’s Seafood Chowder, and let’s not forget… some oysters. Visit tideandvine.com to check out the full menu brought to you by Kat and Chef Justin Duc. Everything at Tide & Vine is made in-house, the seafood is the freshest you can get, and the drink menu features craft brews and local wines.
You can also find them at Silversmith Brewing Company and bright yellow Pearl is hard to miss at events around Niagara, such as the Wednesday Night Supper Market in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
From a camper van, to the oyster house, to now… Tide & Vine is making a splash in Niagara!
