Ball’s Falls Conservation Area

Begin your day at the Centre for Conservation and enjoy interactive exhibits and displays, then step back in time to the early mid-19th century and discover the operating flour mill, lime kiln, blacksmith shop, carriage shed, and original home of the Ball family.

Zipline to the Falls

Reopening on March 8, this thrilling adventure lets you soar and take in panoramic views of Niagara Falls. Enjoy the hands-free and fully guided experience perfect for adults and kids!

Maple Syrup Tour

Tour the history of Canada’s favourite sweet treat – maple syrup! This guided tour will lead you through re-imagined Native and Pioneer Camps, let you experience adventures of the sugar bush, and even try out wood-cutting, and taffy-on-snow.

St. Catharines Museum

The St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre is currently offering a variety of exhibits that provide opportunities to learn about the city and community that we know today. Our suggestion? Check out Leading the Way. This temporary exhibit isa showcase of powerful women who helped shape St. Catharines’ history and is a must-see for International Women’s Day.

Niagara Falls Museum

Niagara Falls Museum is offering a fun presentation for dinosaur fans over the break! Club Rex at the Museum will explore the world of dinosaurs and include informative presentations and incredible pieces from around the world. Tickets can be purchased here and pre-registration is required.

The Pen Centre

The Pen Centre mall in St. Catharines has a whole schedule of programming available for kids and families! With magic shows, mad science demonstrations, live reptile experiences, the Merrittville Speedway Car Show, and even an Encanto day, there is something for everyone. Admission for all events is by donation of a non-perishable food item supporting Community Care of St. Catharines & Thorold and registration is required. Check out the full schedule for details.
